How it works

1 Upload episode and clips
2 Share one link
3 Collect approvals

The review page is your shop window. Make it a good one.

Your client doesn't see your timeline, your session, or your seventeen exports. They might not even meet you. They just see a clean episode page: player, searchable transcript, AI summary, chapters, and the clips awaiting their approval, each with its own comment thread.

Who it's for

Production agencies

Run every client show through one approval pipeline. Unlimited team members, unlimited client reviewers, a recorded sign-off trail for every deliverable on the retainer.

Freelance editors & producers

Look like a bigger operation than you are. Stop chasing feedback across email, WhatsApp and three Google Docs. Send one link and get back to cutting.

Networks & publishers

Standardise host and sponsor approvals across the catalogue. Committee-proof: any number of stakeholders, one decision per asset.

Why not just a shared drive and an email thread?

That's the incumbent, and it has no transcript, no timestamps, no approval record, and it's why “mix_v7b_FINAL_final” exists. Generic review tools aren't built for this either: podcast delivery isn't one video, it's an episode plus a stack of clips, each needing its own decision, reviewed by people who'll never learn a post-production interface.

PodLook does one job: it's the client-facing approval layer for podcast production. It works with whatever you edit in.

Built from the delivery chair, not a pitch deck.

We're a team who understand delivery. Amongst us we have 30 years of experience in sound post-production, a career delivering cloud-based infrastructure at the highest level of security and media requirements, and a composer with a lifetime of presenting work to an international client base.

PodLook is the delivery workflow we've always wanted to exist. So we built it.

Free while we're in beta. This is what it'll cost after.

Questions, answered

Do my clients need an account?

No, they just open a link and start watching. Only your team (the people uploading and managing shows) ever log in or pay. We’ll ask them for an email address if they’d like to comment.

Does it handle video and audio?

Both. Video podcasts are why PodLook exists, but audio-only episodes get the same transcript, comments and approval flow.

What formats should I upload?

Your delivery-format exports (MP4/H.264, WAV/MP3): the same files your client would receive. PodLook is a review and approval tool, not an archive for camera masters.

Where's my media stored, and is it secure?

Encrypted in transit and at rest, served over private links that you control and can revoke. See the security section below for the detail.

What happens to my account after beta?

You'll get founding-member pricing (40% off for life) before anyone else. Beta users are never dumped onto full price.

The next episode you deliver could come back signed off, clip by clip.

Your media is secure

Files are stored directly on AWS and Supabase infrastructure, not on our own servers.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Files are stored in private AWS S3 buckets with server-side encryption enabled.

Trusted cloud infrastructure

Media files are stored on Amazon S3 and project data on Supabase (PostgreSQL), both industry-leading platforms with enterprise-grade security.

Industry-standard compliance

Our infrastructure providers maintain SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. Access is controlled by row-level security and time-limited authentication tokens.

No passwords stored

Sign-in uses magic links, so we never see or store your password. Share links can be optionally password-protected for an extra layer of control.
